Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no ads, no forms. That's why there's no cookie banner.

What stays on your device

The documents checklist saves your ticks in your browser's localStorage under the key sfk-docs-v1. It never leaves your device. The Reset button, or clearing your browser data, removes it. The site also stores a small offline copy of its pages (service worker cache) so it keeps working with a weak signal.

Hosting

The site is a set of static pages served by a web hosting provider. Like any web server, the host may record your IP address in short-lived technical logs for security and abuse prevention. We do not receive, combine or use those logs.

Purchases

If you buy the kit, the purchase happens in Telegram (Telegram Stars) or on the Bitcoin network. The bot processes your Telegram user ID, the payment reference and, for BTC, the transaction ID you send, only to deliver the PDF and handle refunds or support. We keep payment records only as long as needed for that and for legal obligations.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask for access to or deletion of data held by the bot by sending /paysupport in the bot. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
